The Casa Villa sits high on the Sugar Hill ridge above Mt. Irvine, on what we believe is one of the finest hilltop sites in Tobago. The villa was designed around a single idea: that the best moments of a Caribbean holiday happen when a large group can be together without ever feeling on top of each other. 📋 Large Group & Event Policies
🛏️ Overnight Guests Base rate includes up to 18 overnight guests. Property sleeps a maximum of 27 guests overnight. Additional guests above 18 incur a per-person nightly fee — please message us before booking to confirm pricing and availability for your group size.
🎉 Events & Celebrations The villa welcomes private events including birthdays, anniversaries, intimate weddings, and corporate gatherings. Event hosting is subject to prior approval and a separate event fee — please reach out before booking with details of your planned occasion (date, guest count, type of event, vendors) so we can confirm and quote accordingly.
👥 Day Guests Day visitors above the booked overnight count are subject to approval and may incur an additional charge. All visitors must be disclosed in advance.
🎵 Quiet Hours Out of respect for our hilltop neighbours, amplified music must end by 10:00 PM. Acoustic and indoor entertainment may continue later. DJs, live bands, and outdoor sound systems require prior written approval.
